Job Title : Process Engineer (工艺工程师) 工作地点：北京

Job description :  
- Assist supervisor to Implement company’s HSEQ procedure to achieve “Operation Safety” target in facility  
协助主管在工厂中执行公司的安全健康环境程序，实现装置的安全生产目标

- Coordinate and supervise each shift to perform production plan
协调和监督各班组执行生产计划

- Identify the problem in operation，support supervisor to revise SOP and improve facility’s reliability; update KPI reports and inventory information
及时发现运行中的问题，协助主管优化工艺流程，更新关键生产报告和库存信息

- Support supervisor to launch technical training/qualification in facility
支持生产主管在工厂实施技术培训与岗位培训

- Support supervisor on quality control and root-cause analysis of quality incident
协助主管进行生产质量控制和事件分析

Qualification :
-Under 30 years older, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemical engineering, chemistry and automatization & control field.
30岁以下，本科及以上学历，化学，化工，自动化控制等相关专业

- More than 2 years‘ operation experience in chemical industry, Working experience in Petro-chemical or Industrial gas field  is preferred;
2年以上化工企业运行和技术管理经验,有石油化工行业或气体行业经验者优先

-Good communication skill with fluent English
具备良好的沟通能力，英语流利
